Birria is a Mexican stew cooked in my house adobo using ancho and guajillo chilli and Mexican spices, the meat is smoked and then braised and served with a traditional consommé dip, corn tortilla, house salsa roja and pickled onions.
Depending on portion size can serve 2-4 meals

Comes vac packed ready to reheat. Full reheating instructions are provided.
